Tania Davis Albukerk

Tania is responsible for all legal, securities, contractual, regulatory and compliance matters for EB Exchange and its related ventures including brokerage related work and the formation and operations of special-purpose private investment funds. She is the company lead for brokerage-related compliance issues working closely with Frontier Solutions, LLC. Lastly, Tania manages all outside legal and accounting firms.

 

Tania earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School and her B.A. with academic honors from the University of Michigan. 

 

After graduating law school, Tania was a Corporate Associate at Folger Levin & Kahn LLP before leaving to join a health care start-up. During law school, Tania was a Summer Law Clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice in its Antitrust group and for the City Attorney’s Office of San Francisco. Prior to Stanford, she worked as a health policy analyst for both the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and for the State of Colorado.

 

Coincidentally, Tania lives in San Francisco in the same house as Larry with the same three kids. She is actively involved in volunteer leadership roles the Challenged Athletes Foundation NorCal, Jewish Family and Children’s Services, and her children’s schools.
